Zumba Fitness is a fun fast paced dance aerobic class. Be sure to wear proper attire that will allow full body movement with minimum restriction. Shoes should also be comfortable and provide ample support to your feet and ankles.

Bringing your own style is always encouraged, being social is part of the group class setting and new members will always be welcomed to join.
